Want to run a 5k Marathon dressed as Chuck Norris only to have the man himself waiting at the finishing line to give you a Hi-Five?

Well the good news is that you can. If you are near Texas on May 19th then your dream of meeting the ginger Icon can come true. The race, called the CForce Chuck Norris 5K is also aiming to set the record for the most people dressed as Chuck Norris at one time.

If you don’t have the time to create your own Chuck Norris costume for the race, the organisers will be supplying you with “Chuck style t-shirt, a fake beard, and an awesome belt buckle,” at the registration. You can find all the details on their website.

All the proceeds from registration costs will go to Kickstart Kids, an organization founded by Norris to help build students’ character development through martial arts, and the Mercy Project, a nonprofit working to end child slavery in Ghana, Africa.

Early race registration starts at $30 for adults and $25 for kids, or you can purchase a VIP package that includes breakfast with Norris to fuel-up before the race. So far people from 16 different states have already registered.

The official course is still being finalized, but the location is in College Station, Texas. Not only will you be getting Hi-five’s from Norris, but he will kick off with words of encouragement for everyone.
